Here for sale is an EARLY Guyatone / Ibanez electric bearing the Custom Kraft namesake. This thing was built by Guyatone in Japan, and would have been sold under the Custom Kraft 1830 OR Ibanez 1860 OR the Guyatone LG-70 model name. It is colloquially referred to as the "Jet King" and was the basis for the 1990s-2000s Jet King reissues. 

I bought it just thinking it was another MIJ beauty, but what I really found it a diamond in the rough. I spent a good hour or more tracking it down online, and found out this is a Guyatone made Ibanez 1830 Jet King (which is also identical to the Guyatone LG-70). Ibanez only made these at Guyatone for only 3-4 years before moving to Hoshino Gakki, where they were built for decades (Hoshino still makes Ibanezes, I think.) The neck is a thick C, and has a great fell that I am a huge fan of. This thing is immaculately constructed and kept. I really can't think of a single downside on this guitar, but shoot me your questions if you have them.

As always, I cleaned it up, polished the finish, lemon oiled the board, flushed the electronics, changed the strings and set the action low and smooth. This guitar is proudly strung with Stringjoy Custom Guitar Strings, made right here in Nashville, TN.
