For sale is a beautiful 6-string Carvin LP76 bass guitar featuring an umber stain on a quilted maple wood body with neck thru body and active pickups (serial number 56469).
The LP76 was introduced in the early 1990s, and this model has amassed something of a cult following over the years. If you know anything about Carvin, you know that they took their craft incredibly seriously in their more-than-70 years in business. You may also know that Carvin shuttered its San Diego factory in 2017 and sold off all its remaining inventory. As such, these beautiful instruments are growing increasingly rare.
Such a gorgeous instrument with super-low action and endless sustain. I can honestly say that this is the nicest bass I've ever played. The tonal versatility is insane, from super subby-wubby to clean articulate lead tones. There are a few surface blemishes on the body as noted in the photographs, but they do not impact the tone or playability in the slightest.
