This module is B-stock because I scratched the panel during assembly enough I wasn't comfortable shipping it and is therefore 30% off regular price.
The Wave Folder is a nonlinear diode-based waveshaper with voltage-controllable gain and a 10-volt offset range.
It is derived from a design originally by the late Jürgen Haible, who was looking at a triangle-to-sine circuit one day and asked himself what it would sound like if he went from 4 to 20 diodes and added feedback.
Despite its name, the muSonics Wave Folder has nothing in common with similarly-named functions of California-based synthesisers. Even if you own one of those things, you're still going to want this!
