A guitar that has seen some action, this '68 J-50 came in and we knew it had to sound good for being so worn. After countless hours of playing in that top, this is one of the better sounding later '60s Gibson flattops, even with the adjustable rosewood bridge saddle. It has alot of cosmetic wear but surprisingly no major cracks or repairs, although there is an additional screw hole by the tuners.

This example has had some work done, including reglued bridge and replaced pins. The tuners have also been replaced, and there appears to be overspray to the body. Serial #940243, comes with a non original case. Please refer to the provided photos for more detail on the condition of this instrument. As with all of our vintage listings, included is a vintage spec sheet which details any repairs & changes of note.
