Fender Player Stratocaster Electric Guitar

1998 "Midnight Wine" MIM Fender Stratocaster w/ Dimarzio Air Zone & Dimarzio Super Distortion humbuckers

I've have had this electric guitar for 23 years. I'm open to any queries you may have about the guitar and will answer as best as I can. It's been in storage in a padded electric guitar bag for many, many years and is in pretty good condition.

The 1998 Stratocaster is custom fitted with:

a 3-way toggle switch

F-Spaced Dimarzio Air Zone humbuckers in the neck (as used by Paul Gilbert)

F-Spaced Dimarzio Super Distortion humbuckers in the bridge (as used by Ace Frehley, Joe Perry, Randy Rhoads, Phil Collen, Kurt Cobain, Adrian Smith, Dimebag Darrell, etc.)

Not your usual Stratocaster, but not unusual! As you can imagine, it won't sound like any other Stratocaster. Dimarzio Air Zone has really nice, full body sounding cleans, and the Dimarzio Super Distortion was used by a lot of the greats, it's the definitive sound of rock. It's not going to be bright sounding like other Strats, but it'll be warmer, fuller sounding, maybe even more aggressive. It's kind of like if a Strat and Les Paul had a baby, the best of both worlds: signature humbucker sound, but with the easability of playing on a Stratocaster.

The humbucker installation was professionally done by TR Guitars roughly 20 years ago. The pickguard was modified to support the humbuckers, which explains why there are holes with no screws. Nowadays, there are other options like Stratocaster pickguards specifically for 2 humbuckers, humbucker covers. I was almost exclusively a bedroom rocker so I've never thrashed my guitar around if that eases any minds.

Note: there are some scratch marks in the back of the guitar, and some imperfections in the paint, and elsewhere on the guitar that I'll try to depict as best as possible.
