Up for sale is a rare 2002 Crafted in Japan (CIJ) Fender Jaguar HH. This isn't just another offset; it is a high-end "Modern Vintage" instrument, professionally modified to pay tribute to Kurt Cobain’s legendary 1965 Jaguar.

While the Mexican-made (MIM) Kurt Cobain signatures are common, serious players and collectors know that the Crafted in Japan (CIJ) era (1999-2004) offered superior craftsmanship, better wood selection, and a neck profile that feels much closer to an actual vintage 1960s Jaguar. This 24-year-old instrument has reached "Modern Vintage" status, featuring a resonance and "broken-in" feel that new guitars simply cannot match.

To achieve the definitive Nirvana tone, this Jag has been equipped with a pair of DiMarzio Super Distortion humbuckers. This is the exact setup needed for that thick, harmonically rich high-gain sound that defined the 90s.
