This pickup appears to have been barely used. The mounting instructions (all in old-school typed format) are included. These pickups were mounted to the bridge via a small amount of putty, which is still in its unopened packaging. There is no model number listed but the serial number is 6620.
I have two of these pickups for sale (listed separately) but I would be willing to sell them as a pair. The pickup has been tested and is in working order.
