Inspired by the Roland Bee Baa, the Son of a Bee is an updated take that ranges from lower-gain gritty fuzz to an all-out thick, creamy, gnarly blast that makes chords sound huge and leads bloom with endless sustain.
The original Bee Baa had a switch for either scooped or boosted mids. I removed the switch and replaced it with a variable mids control, letting you dial in the exact sweet spot. I also tamed some of the massive, boomy low end and balanced the overall tone, making this a far more usable and versatile fuzz.
The S.O.B. now gives you full mids control—go from mid-scooped thunder to a rich, roaring midrange growl.
