Make the most of your modeler

Whether you’re running one of Headrush’s acclaimed modelers or other amp/effect workstations, a full-range, flat-response powered cabinet like the FRFR-108 MKII is essential. Why? While many guitar speakers and cabinets have a penchant for adding color and voice to your sound, the FRFR-108 MKII serves as a blank sonic canvas. This capability allows you to re-create your immaculately created patches onstage in full sonic detail, exactly mirroring the pre-produced sound you’d get recording your workstation straight into your DAW. Finally, the FRFR-108 MKII’s massive 2,000-watt power rating ensures that you’ll never want for volume or projection.

Destined for the stage

Scores of Sweetwater’s performing guitarists often send their tone straight to the PA, using their amp as a monitor onstage — a feature that the Headrush FRFR-108 MKII handles with ease, boasting two XLR combo inputs with dedicated Volume knobs and an XLR direct output. Moreover, the FRFR-108 MKII also comes equipped with a built-in highpass filter and ground switch to fine-tune your tone and eliminate unwanted noise.

What’s new for the FRFR-108 MKII?

While the FRFR-108 MKII delivers all the most sought-after features of the original FRFR-108, this powered cab upgrades the formula with full Bluetooth compatibility. Whether you’re jamming with tracks at home or streaming music between sets, the FRFR-108 MKII’s Bluetooth compatibility puts it above your bog-standard FRFR cab.

Headrush FRFR-108 MKII Features:

• Combination of an 8-in. speaker and high-frequency driver replicates every tonal nuance of your amp/effect modeler with zero coloration
• 2,000W power rating offers seriously massive projection and punch
• Dual XLR combo inputs and XLR direct output allow you to easily chain speakers or go straight into the PA
• Ground-lift switch helps defeat unwanted noise and hum
• HPF EQ switch is essential when shaping your sound in muddy-sounding spaces
• Built-in dedicated Bluetooth channel for easy streaming from your mobile device
