Iconic Surf Green Finish. The original Telecaster Deluxe was Fender's dual-humbucker response throughout the 1970s in a bid to keep up with the growing demands of rock music. This Vintera II ’70s Telecaster Deluxe model really turns back the clock! Equipped with a pair of Fender’s vintage-style Wide Range humbuckers, this rendition channels the Telecaster Deluxe’s roaringly full-bodied voice with striking accuracy. But the retro vibes extend far beyond the pickups. The Vintera II ’70s Telecaster Deluxe boasts many of-the-era appointments that harness the original guitar’s energy, including a properly enormous pickguard, 6-saddle synchronized tremolo bridge, pure vintage Tele Deluxe tuning machines, and even a genuine ’70s “U” neck profile.
