This is the real deal Historic Reissue with the correct 1958 specs. Big, comfortable 58 neck carve. Lightweight at 8 pounds 6 ounces which is right in the sweet spot. Resonant, lively, and very balanced.

The Iced Tea VOS finish looks incredible in person. Subtle flame, classic burst fade, and that slightly aged Custom Shop treatment that feels broken in without being relic’d.

Tone is everything you expect from a proper R8. Thick low end, vocal mids, clear top end. Extremely dynamic and responsive to volume knob changes.
