Gibson Custom Shop Neal Schon Signature Les Paul — Gold Top — #17 of 80

I purchased this when it was launched. It's one of only 80 Neal Schon Signature Les Pauls produced by the Gibson Custom Shop in 2005-2006, and one of very few Gold Tops.

Features a Floyd Rose locking tremolo, a Fernandes Sustainer system with DiMarzio Fast Track pickup in the neck position, and a BurstBucker Pro at the bridge.

The sculpted heel joint gives easy upper fret access, while the Neal Schon slim taper neck profile makes it a dream to play.

The electronics: two volume, two tone (with a push/pull mid-cut pot for instant tonal reshaping), a 3-way selector, and two mini-toggles controlling the Sustainer on/off and octave selection.

The finish shows some lacquer checking — natural and expected on a cellulose-finished instrument of this age, adding character and confirming the authenticity of the finish.

Comes complete with the original Gibson Custom Shop hardshell case, certificate of authenticity, tremolo arm, and all original documentation.

Everything is original.
