Developed with extensive input from touring artists and live sound engineers, Taylor’s new Claria System reimagines the under-saddle piezo pickup to deliver consistent plug-and-play acoustic tone in any setting. A proprietary preamp tames the harshness of traditional piezos and incorporates soundhole-mounted controls: Volume, Tone and a versatile Mid-Contour knob. The result is consistent, stage- ready tone that’s easy to shape for any setting — from solo café gigs to large-venue performances.

Solid rosewood and Western Red cedar, together with the versatile Grand Auditorium shape, translate into a guitar with touch-sensitive dynamics and an overall warmth to the sound. Together with the long-tenon Action Control Neck, the result is a lush, warm, touch-sensitive response with clear trebles, throaty lows and a mellow, round character across the frequency spectrum, all tied together with a blooming overtone profile. Scalloped V-Class bracing and the long-tenon neck add more warmth and richness across the tonal spectrum, especially in the mids.
