The PRS SE McCarty 594 Singlecut Black Gold Sunburst is undoubtedly one of the manufacturer’s most iconic designs and offers an authentic PRS vibe from the headstock to the strap pin. Developed as a tribute to guitar pioneer Theodore “Ted” McCarty, this electric guitar features a classic mahogany and maple body and a 24.594-inch (624.68 mm) scale length, which gives it its unique tonal character. Two PRS 58/15 LT “S” humbuckers are on hand to shape the sound at the amplifier. The low-turns version of the hugely popular 58/15 pickup is wound slightly less heavily and therefore offers an increased dynamic range, allowing you to play expressive lines right on the edge of amp break-up or beyond.
