The Bourgeois tap-tuning process implemented in a Touchstone guitar is a masterful technique that brings out the natural frequencies of its soundboard.  By tapping the wood and listening closely, their luthiers uncover its tonal potential, skillfully balancing stiffness and durability.

Final assembly of the Touchstone series is done at the Eastman facility in China to Bourgeois' exacting standards.

Features include an Aged Tone Sitka Spruce top, mahogany back and sides, Ebony fingerboard, Ziricote bridge, and Ebony headstock veneer.
