With reduced frequency and pristine tonal response, the SABIAN FRX splash cymbal always sits perfectly in the mix, even in situations where traditional effects cymbals would overwhelm the music. SABIAN created the entire line of FRX cymbals for those exact gigs, when full tone is needed while controlling the dynamic range. FRX cymbals are not low-volume practice models — this is a professional line crafted with B20 bronze, offering complex and versatile tone that works in more sensitive environments. This splash represents that mission perfectly, offering 100% pure splash accents without getting in the way of other live mics on stage.
