The Roland Ready Stratocaster was a made-in-Mexico standard set up with a Roland GK-2A pickup installed just in front of the bridge. This allowed it to mode various guitar and synth sounds when connected with compatible GR-series Roland devices. Included midi-switch and two additional buttons. Available in arctic white, black and brown sunburst.

It could also plug directly into an amp and function as a normal Standard Series Stratocaster

This was my uncle's guitar and it's very well cared for. It's in excellent condition with a couple of very minor blems. The body is almost perfect as is the pick guard. Has a little bit of fret ear on 1,2, and 3 but it doesn't effect the playability or set up at all. Tried to show it in the pictures. My uncle did put a strap mount on the neck plate. It's not into the neck, but still wanted to mention it. Just put new D'Addario XL 10s on and it sounds awesome. It comes with a vintage Fender hard case.
