The five-string American Deluxe Jazz Bass V modified captures the spirit of Fender classic innovation paired with a contemporary sound with its modern active EMG Xseries (2 volume controls, 1 Xtone control, and a killswitch). This select alder-body bass has a modern "C"-shaped, graphite reinforced maple neck with a contoured heel (for easy access to upper frets), five-bolt neck plate, pau ferro rolled edge fingerboard, abalone dot inlays and highly detailed nut and fret work. Other features include four-over-one-under Grover tuning machine array, hipshot black string trees, black hardware, black pickguard, deluxe black-plated brass bridge (string-through-body or top-load) with black-plated brass saddles, a graphite black nut, black schaller locking strap buttons, and a black killswitch.
There is a small dent on the back. Barely noticeable unless you’re looking for it. please see pictures.
