1981 Fender Stratocaster Hardtail in near-mint condition, Natural finish and complete with the original molded hardshell case. Ash body and maple neck with a deep U-shaped profile carve. Bobbin pickups. The neck pickup has a fuller bark and a broad, smooth treble response. Neck Specs:

- Fretboard: Maple, 7 1/4” radius
- Frets: Medium, no wear
- Scale Length: 25 1/2”
- Nut: 1 5/8”, bone (replacement)
- Tuners: “F”-stamped, Schaller
- Serialization: S9-prefix (peghead)
- Factory Markings: Builders’ stamps in neck pocket/heel

- Pickups: Bobbin single coil x3, 1980 stamps on bobbins

The gloss finish shows very little aging of the clear coat. There are just a few faint finish scratches in the clear coat. The gloss on the neck profile is smooth and clean.
The original molded hardshell case is included.
