For sale is my 2016 Fender Custom Shop Artisan Telecaster NOS with a beautifully figured rosewood top.
This is part of the Artisan series, built with premium tonewoods and exceptional Custom Shop fit and finish. The rosewood top on this example has particularly strong figuring with real depth and movement under light.
Weight is approx. 7.4 lbs, making it resonant and comfortable — not one of the heavier rosewood examples.
Condition:
Very good overall. It has been well cared for and stored in its original case. There is one small chip on the lower body edge (see detailed photo). This is purely cosmetic and does not affect playability or stability in any way. I prefer to disclose clearly so there are no surprises.
The guitar plays beautifully — classic Tele clarity and snap with a slightly richer midrange character from the rosewood top. Neck feels effortless and fretwork is excellent.
