When I got unit the original XLR out had been badly replaced and rewired to function as lo-z. I have since repaired the unit to its original wiring for Hi-z compliance with the proper cable. all that's included is the original carrying case and Microphone. Works great and is a great vintage alternative to the Shure SM58.
