Up for sale is a stunning 1971 Fender Mustang in the highly coveted Competition Burgundy (Blue) finish. This guitar perfectly balances authentic vintage character with modern, high-end playability.

[VINTAGE CHARACTER & LOOKS]

The "Competition Burgundy" finish has aged beautifully over the last 50+ years. A standout feature of this particular instrument is the clear coat over the competition stripes, which has aged into a gorgeous amber hue, providing a deep, vintage patina that you simply can't find on reissues. The body shows natural weather checking and minor scratches, giving it an undeniable "mojo."

[ELECTRONICS & HARDWARE]

- All electronics, including the pickups, pots, and wiring, are 100% original.

- The truss rod is fully functional and adjusts as intended.

[PROFESSIONAL UPGRADES]

To ensure this guitar is a reliable tool, it underwent a professional overhaul six months ago at a specialized guitar workshop:

- Refretted with Stainless Steel Frets: Provides incredibly smooth playability and will practically never wear down.

- New Bone Nut: Replaced during the refret for optimal tuning stability.

- Full Setup: Ready for stage or studio.

[RARITY & COLLECTIBILITY]

The Competition Burgundy Mustang is world-renowned, largely due to Kurt Cobain's iconic use. This color is increasingly difficult to find on the market, especially with the original electronics and such a beautiful aged look.

[ACCESSORIES]

- Original Fender Hard Shell Case

- Original Tremolo Arm

- The original frets and nut (kept for historical value)
