Fender Rhodes 73-Key Electric Piano – Model 1 – Fully Serviced – Excellent Sound

I’m very sad to see this go, but due to needing a bit of extra cash, I’m reluctantly selling my Fender Rhodes 73-key Model 1 electric piano. It’s a truly beautiful instrument and I hope it goes to a good home where it can continue to make great music.

Condition & Servicing

• Model: Fender Rhodes Model 1
• Keys: All 73 keys working perfectly – no dead or sticking notes
• Servicing: Fully serviced by an official Fender Rhodes tuner/technician
• Electronics: Everything works exactly as it should – clean signal, no issues
• Pedal & legs: Sustain pedal included and working perfectly; legs are solid and secure

Playability & Sound

The action feels exactly as a Rhodes should — expressive, responsive, and a joy to play. The sound is warm, rich and classic, with even response across the keyboard. This is a properly set-up instrument, not a “project” or fixer-upper.

Cosmetic Condition

There are some small cosmetic scuffs and marks, which are entirely expected for a vintage piano of this age. Nothing structural, and nothing that affects playability or sound — just honest signs of a well-loved instrument.

What’s Included

• Fender Rhodes 73-key Model 1
• Original-style legs
• Fully working sustain pedal
• Ready to play immediately

Important Notes for Buyers

• This is a vintage electric piano, so it’s heavy 60kg approx (as all Rhodes are) — please bear this in mind for collection
• Happy to answer sensible questions, but I’ve tried to include everything buyers usually want to know
• Collection preferred due to size and weight (can discuss logistics if needed)

This Rhodes has been a real joy to own, and I’m genuinely sad to see it go. If you’re looking for a properly serviced, fully working Model 1 with beautiful tone and character, this is a great example.
