This is a 1994 Ome Banjo dealer package with price list, post card, introductory letter, dealer information letter, it's the entire factory package. Very clean overall, no tears, cover has a few minor ripples, hard to see. Right hand edge of cover has a slight mark mostly visible in the dark section-see pics. Back cover binding edge has very slight wear mostly by the staples. These are all minor details that are not real noticeable unless you're looking for them. Inside pages are fine, no writing or marks. Even the owner's business card is included. There is an additional price list that may not have come with this pkg, it appears to be retail pricing but no date.
