Harley Benton Fusion-III 2025 - Gotoh Tuners - Flamed Bengal Burst

This is a brand new never played guitar. No dings. Only played to set up and make sure it was 100% functional. It was out of the box and back in the box in 2½ hours with a fret polish and neck conditioning, new strings and a setup.

Long story short, HB sent me the wrong guitar (Sent a $166 SC model) and it took a while to rectify and I bought a guitar to replace this onei n the meantime. When I rec'd this, I opened the box to make sure it was the correct model this time (it was).

But I noticed the SS frets were tarnished, the fretboard was dry, and the string were pretty gnarly, so I did what I do and I did a cleanup/basic setup/fretboard conditioning along with new strings, and polished the stainless steel frets. ZERO scratchiness. Put on a set of D'Addarrio 9.5-44's, set the action. Everything is working 100% ready to rock out of the box.

As I was setting up the D and G strings would not hold a note at all, they were slipping severely. I replaced with a set of Gotoh tuners, which is a huge upgrade from what was on it.

I paid the tariff ($102) and shipping $45 and paid $386 (not a B stock/return) for it. I did the work on the guitar because the guitars I sell go out decently setup/clean/ready to play, so the strings and setup are on me.
