NOT all of the items you purchase from us are in our Tom Lee Music store in 728 Granville St Vancouver, BC Canada where we do all of our international communications from. All musical instruments we sell have been checked and adjusted for playability. Most items are BRAND NEW OPEN BOX condition. The pictures in the listings are of the actual item so please have a look for an idea of the cosmetic condition, unless it is marked as B-Stock condition (For this you can request images of the items we have in stock). 

These items may or may not have some scratches or minor wear to the finish or box, unless it is marked as BRAND NEW FACTORY SEALED UNIT. 

Please note: Tom Lee Music will not accept returns or refunds in the case of dents, scratches, or cosmetic wear that were originally detailed either in the pictures or description. Thank you for your understanding.
