This 2017 Gibson Bob Dylan SJ-200 Player's Edition from the Custom Shop in Bozeman, Montana (USA) is a faithful reproduction of Dylan's iconic guitar, combining the highest grade tonewoods, artistic details, and the special embellishments specific to this model.

The basis for this is the voluminous Super Jumbo body shape, which has been synonymous with majestic projection, enormous headroom reserves, and impressive presence for decades. The hand-selected “AAA” Adirondack red spruce top with its wide grain provides a powerful, dynamic foundation with high assertiveness, while the “AAA” flamed maple back and sides lend the tone clarity, definition, and elegant brilliance. The result is the SJ-200's signature big, open sound with tight bass, bell-like highs, and carrying mids—ideal for strumming, songwriting, and expressive accompaniment.

For stage use, the guitar is equipped with an L.R. Baggs Anthem pickup system that combines microphone and piezo signals to deliver a natural, assertive acoustic tone.

This Gibson Bob Dylan SJ-200 Player's Edition is in mint collector's condition and technically flawless. Visually, there is practically no visible wear (see pictures). The frets are immaculate.
