Description
The ESP LTD KH-3 Kirk Hammett Signature Spider 30th Anniversary Edition celebrates three decades of Metallica’s iconic lead guitarist. Inspired by the original 1991 KH-3, this model features the distinctive Pushead-designed spider graphic and captures Kirk Hammett’s signature playability and tone.
Handcrafted at the ESP Custom Shop in Japan, the KH-3 Spider offers neck-thru-body construction with a fast extra-thin U-shaped 3-piece maple neck. The rosewood fingerboard is scalloped from frets #17–24, allowing for expressive lead work and effortless bends.
EMG KH Bonebreaker pickups in the neck and bridge provide the aggressive, articulate tone Hammett is known for, while the Floyd Rose Original bridge ensures precise tremolo control.
