Description from sE Electronics:

Experience crisp, open sound that perfectly captures your voice and instruments in the most natural way you've ever heard on stage. Built with the same game-changing benefits as the V7 dynamic microphone – more gain before feedback, exceptional off-axis rejection, and a beveled edge that keeps the V7 right by your side, meet the highly requested V7 SWITCH! With a patented shockmount that efficiently decouples the capsule from mechanical vibration, The V7 SWITCH provides the lowest handling noise in its class with noiseless, click-free operation thanks to a proven reed element design so turning on or off the V7 SWITCH won’t be heard through mains or monitors. Moreover, its vacuumized contacts ensure trustworthy operation in demanding live settings for years. The V7's DMC7 capsule and legendary housing design are the same steadfast components found in the V7 SWITCH to deliver pristine sound characteristics in arenas and on stages worldwide. From being used as a talkback microphone by monitor engineers to the choice mic for a personal PA in a worship setting to name a few of the many applications, the V7 SWITCH is a great-sounding multi-purpose microphone with a lockable switch, so the mic is ready to go when it needs to be. Unlike other mics in its class, the V7 SWITCH utilizes a recessed on/off switch to ensure your switch is safe from snags when being placed on a microphone clip. Silent. Lockable. Reliable. The V7 SWITCH - All rock, but no roll!
