The Ibanez IC420FM electric guitar carries forward the bold identity that has defined the Iceman since its debut in the late 1970s. Known for its dramatic lines and unmistakable silhouette, this modern Iceman model pairs a flamed maple top with an okoume body to produce a bright, solid tone with strong sustain. A set-in okoume neck and 24.75" scale length give the guitar a familiar, responsive feel, while a bound jatoba fingerboard with 22 medium frets supports accurate, controlled playing. Outfitted with Super 80 humbuckers and a classic 2-volume, 2-tone control layout with a 3-way selector, the IC420FM stays true to the Iceman’s heritage while remaining fully at home on modern stages and in the studio.
