PureSound CPB1324 Custom Pro Brass Snare Wire – 24-Strand Professional Grade for 13" Drums

The PureSound Custom Pro CPB1324 is a premium 24-strand snare wire engineered for 13" snare drums, delivering the clarity and presence that professional drummers demand. Constructed with brass-plated steel coil-wire, this snare wire maintains a dominant voice in your drum's overall tone while resisting the unwanted choke that can occur at higher playing tensions. The anti-choke end plates lift the wire coils away from the drum head's edge, effectively eliminating sympathetic buzz and bleed from rack toms and other external sources—a critical feature for studio recording and live performance alike. Built with innovation and precision, the Custom Pro series incorporates patented Speed Release Straps that allow you to swap snare wires or drumheads in seconds without removing the straps from your throw-off and butt plate. Numbered alignment marks on each strap ensure your snare wires return to the exact same position every time, guaranteeing consistent setup and repeatable tension across sessions. Designed and manufactured in the USA, PureSound Custom Pro snare wires represent a trusted choice for drummers who refuse to compromise on quality or performance.
