1980's Tokai AST-'62 Vintage Series Modified MIJ - White

This Tokai AST-'62 is a cool MIJ Strat copy that has had a number of modifications done to it. It plays great with comfortable action and the frets are in nice shape with light wear. Please see our inspection notes below for a better understanding of the overall condition.

• The Sperzel locking tuners are unoriginal. Extra holes were drilled into the headstock to install them.
• The nut is unoriginal.
• An extra thinner 22nd fret was installed at the end of the fretboard.
• The electronics have all been replaced.
• There are 3 Vintage Seymour Duncan Hot Stack pickups installed with individual on/off toggle switches for all pickup combinations.
• Has Master Volume and Tone controls.
• There is also what appears to be an EMG dummy coil in the body cavity to reduce hum.
• The volume pot is a push/pull killswitch.
• A Kahler bridge has been installed. The tremolo arm is missing.
• There are chips, dings, and scuffs throughout.

It comes with an unoriginal gig bag is excellent condition.
