This example features a one-piece lightweight mahogany back paired with a two-piece figured maple top, assembled using hide-glue construction for maximum resonance and authenticity. The result is a powerful, harmonically rich voice—tight and articulate on top, with a deep, blooming low end that excels at both punchy rhythm work and soaring lead tones.

A pair of CustomBucker humbuckers deliver classic PAF-style response, offering clarity, warmth, and dynamic sensitivity that reacts effortlessly to touch and volume changes. The solid mahogany neck sports an authentic ’59 Medium C profile, paired with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, providing a substantial yet comfortable feel that inspires confident playing across the entire neck.

Finished in Murphy Lab Light Aging, the Burst nitrocellulose lacquer shows tasteful checking, subtle wear, and a convincing vintage patina—capturing the look of a well-preserved original without excess relic treatment.
