Matching pair of vintage early-1960s Ludwig 16-inch, 8-lug tom hoops.
Confirmed Chrome Over Brass (COB). These are non-magnetic, offering the warm, musical sustain characteristic of the pre-1965 era. Features the era-correct teardrop/oval tension rod holes unique to Ludwig. Both hoops have been tested and measured. Both are flat with zero wobble.
Cosmetics: Original chrome finish shows a beautiful vintage luster with minor pitting consistent with age. No flaking. Not rusty.
