Built for players who move fluidly between electric and acoustic, the Ibanez AEWC16QA delivers a fast, familiar feel in a sleek acoustic-electric format. Part of the AEWC series, it pairs a slim auditorium body with a Comfort Grip nyatoh neck, 25" scale length and smooth 15.75" fretboard radius to create an electric-like playing experience that feels immediately comfortable for chords, runs and lead work. A quilted maple art grain top with sapele back and sides produces a clear, balanced acoustic voice with focused mids and bright highs, while a rosewood fretboard and top-loading bridge support smooth response and easy maintenance. Equipped with an Ibanez undersaddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp with Bass, Treble and Volume controls plus an onboard tuner, the AEWC16QA transitions easily from unplugged practice to amplified performance—a natural fit for players who split time between electric and acoustic environments.
