The Taylor Next Generation 314ce Natural represents the evolution of one of Taylor’s most celebrated acoustic-electric guitars. Built on the iconic Grand Auditorium body shape, this updated 314ce blends familiar balance and clarity with new design innovations that elevate tone, playability, and live performance versatility.

Constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid sapele back and sides, the 314ce delivers a clear, articulate voice with warm midrange presence and excellent note definition across the fretboard. Taylor’s newly refined scalloped V-Class bracing enhances low-end warmth while preserving the focused projection and pitch accuracy the model is known for.

A major highlight of the Next Generation 314ce is Taylor’s new long-tenon Action Control Neck, which improves neck-to-body resonance while allowing quick, precise action adjustments without removing strings or the neck—ideal for players who demand consistent playability in changing environments. Plugged in, the all-new Claria System electronics provide reliable, natural amplified tone with intuitive soundhole-mounted controls for volume, tone, and mid-contour shaping.

Finished in a classic natural gloss with understated, professional appointments, the Next Generation 314ce is a versatile workhorse equally at home on stage, in the studio, or at home.
