This is a left-handed Zon Legacy Imperial Elite 5-String, an ultra-high-end, one-of-a-kind instrument that goes well beyond standard Legacy Elite specifications. Featuring matched premium woods, prototype hardware, custom Bartolini electronics, and limited anniversary details, this bass represents the absolute top tier of Zon craftsmanship.

The Legacy Elite platform is known for exceptional clarity, stability, and modern responsiveness thanks to Zon’s composite set-neck construction.

Provenance

This bass comes with direct, verifiable provenance. I previously worked with Zon Guitars as their webmaster and social media manager, and also provided design work for Joe Zon. Through that professional relationship, I was able to acquire this instrument directly. Its configuration, components, and limited-run details reflect that access and collaboration. This is not a typical retail build.
