Hey now! You're looking at a legendary guitar.
This is a 1971 Les Paul Recording Electric Guitar.
It weighs 10 lbs 11 oz. 24.75" scale, 1.73" nut width.
As one of the most innovative Gibson's of its time, the Gibson LP Recording boasted tons of innovative and strange electronic features into the guitar itself, similar to the Personal and Professional.
The Recording includes a low-impedance pickups, a high/low impedance selector, a phase switch control, plus many more goodies.
Like the Decade Control; an 11-position switch that tunes/alters the treble harmonics, producing a biting or silky highs with simplicity.
This was notoriously known as Les Paul's favorite model!
It's in good overall condition.
Just setup, the neck is straight and the frets are clean. Typical marks/scratches from normal use that you'd expect from lovin' on a 50 year old guitar.
Please carefully look through all of my detailed photos for a better visual description.
Don't miss out on Les' favorite with this 1971 Les Paul Recording.
Thanks for looking!
