Extremely hard to find Italia maranello classic bass in pristine condition. Anyone thinking that Italian guitar makers don't have world class and highly competitive skills is just flat out WRONG! absolute knockout! Sounds and plays fantastically! Slim, fast neck with low action and a fairly new set of roundwounds. Clear, solid tone with a good widespread range of sounds from fat, warm, clean, and full to very bright, crisp, and biting piano bass tones. No noticeable dings or damage visible to my eyes. Comes with reasonably clean hard foam case.
This, from the Italia site:
Maranello basses boast a unique tonal spectrum from the strategically positioned pickups and unique string-to-body coupling from the massive bridge assembly. Features include ITALIA’s unique floating control plate, stop tail piece and bridge combination, and two Wilkinson Bass Humbuckers.
More pictures upon request, and reasonable offers will be considered...others...not so much.
