The Builders Edition 514ce boasts a Sitka Spruce top with urban ash for the back and sides. Urban ash has been compared to mahogany for its rich, woody midrange character. Add the Sitka Spruce top for a full dynamic range and versatility. Premium builder's edition appointments include high gloss finish, beveled armrest and cutaway, chamfered body and neck edge treatment, Gotoh 21:1 antique chrome tuning machines, curved wing bridge, and compass Italian acrylic peghead and fretboard inlays. The Builder's Edition 514ce natural comes equipped with stage and recording ready ES2 active electronics and ships in a deluxe hard shell case.
