Gibson solid bodies from the '50s are hard to come by, people tend to hold on to 'em because they are just that nice! This one lives up to that, with a single roarin P-90 pickup in the bridge. All tone, no frills. Sounds best with some real tube overdrive, its meant to be loud! Its in great shape with some nicks/dings mostly to the body.
This example has a replaced tone cap, and a new string ground added. It has a neck profile that measures .931"/1st and .975"/12th. Serial #611680, comes with the original chipboard case. Weighs 7.3lbs. Please refer to the provided photos for more detail on the condition. As with all of our vintage listings, included is a vintage spec sheet which details and repairs & changes of note.
