I really don't know the exact model, unfortunately. It may be a broadcaster style. The polepieces are flush to the flatwork so it probably aims to recreate an early 50s telecaster tone. I know it's a Seymour Duncan because I am the original owner. I bought it new in either 2003 or 2004. I seem to remember it being called "Vintage for Tele" but I could be imagining that. It works great. I no longer need it because I opted for a noiseless design for my guitar. I will happily answer any questions to the best of my ability. Thanks for looking.
