J Mascis Custom Sticker Jazzmaster Replica (Partsmaster)

There is not another guitar like this out there. For sale is a 1 of 1 custom J Mascis of Dinosaur Jr. sticker Jazzmaster I built. It is an exact replica of J's first Jazzmaster that ended up with many stickers all over it that was in use up until 1998. I tracked down all the stickers on the guitar and meticulously put them in the correct locations. Essentially anything you see on J's original guitar, will be on this one (bridge, alternating Grover tuners, string trees, etc.). Note, this is not an actual vintage guitar but a replica/tribute guitar.

It plays exceptionally well with a smooth tremolo system and comfortable action.

The Fender logo will be removed from the headstock due to copyright

The last 5 photos are reference photos of J's guitar.

All stickers are vintage from the 80s or 90s and were researched heavily. The Fender strap is also from the 90s. The bridge is the exact Alembic Stars Guitar style bridge that is found on J's guitar. This guitar has also been relic’d slightly to match J’s guitar. The guitar is listed as Excellent condition because the condition is based on its "new" current state.

There is no Fender logo on the headstock but a decal could be added if buyer wants to make it look more authentic. Case not included.
