Fender Rascal Bass made in Mexico in 2014.
Short scale bass with lipstick pickups and offset body.
The bass plays great and is in excellent condition. I recently had it professionally set up and it currently has D’Addario XL Chromes Flat Wound Bass Guitar Strings (ECB81M, Medium Scale, Regular Light 45–100) installed. It’s a very smooth playing and great sounding bass, and the action and intonation are both excellent.
The bass weighs a little over 9 pounds, which is standard for this model.
It has been well taken care of in a non-smoking home, mostly used for home recording and occasional online performances, and has rarely left the house. I purchased it new.
I am only selling because I recently bought a new bass.
These Classic Player Rascal basses were only produced for a short period of time and are becoming harder to find, especially in this condition.
No case included, but it will be carefully packed and shipped in a bass guitar shipping box that my new bass came in.
Serial number: MX14519852.
