The Digidesign Digi 002 Rack Firewire Audio Midi Digital Recording Interface is a FireWire-based audio interface for digital recording that integrates audio, MIDI, and digital I/O for music production. It offers features such as 8 analog inputs, 4 microphone preamps with phantom power, ADAT and S/PDIF digital I/O, and MIDI capabilities, connecting to a computer via FireWire. It was designed to work with Digidesign's Pro Tools LE software, but can also function with other DAWs, though control surface functionality is limited to Pro Tools.

This unit is in very good condition with only minor cosmetic blemishes.  It comes with the “Getting Started” (135 pages) and “Basics” (18 pages) user guides.

• RCA connectors for 2 channels of S/PDIF digital I/O supporting up to 24-bit, 96 kHz audio

• 1 MIDI In port and 2 MIDI Out ports, providing up to 16 channels of MIDI input and up to 32 channels of MIDI output

• Footswitch jack for punching in and out while recording
