CLIPPER is a simple overdrive and distortion pedal designed to work well in any environment. Each pedal has a unique illustration, so please reach out if you don't want to be 100% surprised.

Controls balance input gain for smooth, expressive overdrive,

and clipping compression for crunchy distortion.

GAIN is your input level entering the circuit

VOLUME is your output volume.

CLIPPING controls how much you’re compressing

your signal with distortion

and FILTER controls the brightness or darkness of the sound.

The CLIPPING knob squashes the sound with a clipping distortion. It compresses the signal, adding overtones and crunch. Compressing the signal like this brings down your overall volume. The VOLUME knobs provides enough headroom for plenty of makeup gain.

Turning the CLIPPING down uncompresses the sound. It opens up, desaturates, and starts to sound less like distortion and more like overdrive. You can balance these two sounds, along with your tonal filter and output volume controls, to find the right distortion for any situation.
