This is a brand new hand made headless lap steel guitar that has been designed and manufactured in Tennessee. The dimensions of the guitar are 23" (long) x 6" (wide) x 2" (tall) and it comes complete with its fitted gig bag (see figures) that is small enough to fit in the overhead bin of an aircraft.
The body is Cherry, the Fretboard is Maple, and the Position Dots are Padauk. The hardware is all black with a headless bridge that is used for tuning (key included). The strings used are D' Addario and the instrument is tuned to E Standard (E-A-D-G-B-E).
The guitar comes with a P90 pickup that has a gorgeous tone, reminiscent of the warmth of the hardwoods used. A must have for the travelling lap steel player!
