Here is a vintage, one owner, all original 1974 Fender Telecaster Custom (HS pickup configuration) guitar.  I believe this color was called Mocha. No repairs.

This guitar is in fantastic condition for a 50+ year old guitar.  There are scratches on front and back, "beauty marks" if you will.  There is little fret wear, all electronics function properly, the neck is straight and true, no truss rod issues.  You are not likely to find this model guitar in much better condition.  I even have the original case I got with it.  It's an old "thermometer" style case.  But, if you prefer, I can include a different case instead.  Like a black, Tolex, Fender deluxe case (by G&G), a TSA approved travel case, or some other case I have available.  This current original case still functions well, but shows a little wear.  Anyway, your choice.

She will need a new set of strings.
