For decades, Heritage Guitars has been crafting the finest American-made guitars built on the foundations of tradition, craftsmanship and authenticity. It is this very ethos and dedication to keeping the spirit of guitar-building alive that has been consistent since the very first day that they opened the doors.

During the spring of 1985, several Kalamazoo guitar luthiers, passionate about the tradition of handcrafting beautiful high quality electric guitars, purchased space at the iconic 225 Parsons Street factory along with its original guitar-making equipment.  The founders shared a wealth of guitar-building experience and an unwavering belief that every guitar should be as unique as the musician who plays it. They introduced the first Heritage guitar at the 1985 NAMM show and haven't looked back since.

Here we have one of their most impressive builds: the Eagle Classic.  A timeless archtop built to satisfy any player looking for a high-end jazz box, it's like nothing else being currently made.  The Eagle Classic is quintessential Jazz guitar for any player’s collection. Well balanced and versatile, it’s a workhorse.

This guitar is crafted with a Sitka spruce top to bring more complex fundamentals and acoustic value. The clean, solid ebony fretboard and solid white binding offer an understated look.  A unique combination of traditional materials and modern construction unlocks the Eagle Classic's well-balanced tonal depth.

Two Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbuckers provide the diversity and tonal capabilities that any professional demands.  Hand built at Seymour Duncan to original specs, these pickups deliver smooth, articulate and sweet tone that harken back to the late 1950s.

A serious contender amongst high-end hollow electric guitars — the Eagle Classic comes with a carved Sitka spruce top and carved figured maple back. Its timeless look is accompanied by sound qualities that celebrate the golden era of music.

The Eagle Classic’s vintage archtop looks and premium feel make it as an essential instrument in every jazz guitarist's collection.
