Functional Microphone with Bakelite body made from 1920’s radio headset.
Horseshoe Magnet and dual coil design (see pictures).
Microphone holder adapted from headphone frame mount. Mount is removable.
1/4" cable approximately five feet long.
The Frost Fones were an amatuer radio headset. Bakelite because you wouldn't want metal on both sides of your brain when tube voltages were present.
Testing for voice and acoustic guitar required moderate gain and sounded like a microphone.
